Our Story
Institut Pendidikan dan Riset JEC (INSPIRE JEC) is an Indonesian Non-Profit Organization under Yayasan Pilar Mitra Pendidikan based at JEC Eye Hospitals and Clinics.
Our scope includes education, research, community service and professional development, integrated with ophthalmological healthcare activities of the JEC group. JEC owns eye hospitals and clinics throughout Indonesia.
JEC is a nationally and internationally acclaimed modern eye hospital in Indonesia with state-of-the-art equipment. INSPIRE JEC is a sought-after institution for attending ophthalmologists and future ophthalmologists who aim to improve their medical competence.
Root
Have the knowledge, diagnostic ability, safe operator skills and appropriate professional ethics to become an ophthalmology service practitioner in the region.
Wings
Insight and ability to develop oneself and adapt to achieve quality with the latest scientific and technological developments, providing complete ophthalmological services and understanding the concept of value-based services.

Vision
Menyelenggarakan pendidikan tenaga kesehatan mata yang mumpuni dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktik klinis serta penelitian dalam menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan mata di Indonesia di ikuti memiliki kemampuan untuk bersaing secara global.
Mission
- Menghasilkan tenaga medis mata yang kompeten dengan berbasis bukti klinis disertai mengedepankan keselamatan pasien (patient's safety) dan menjunjung tinggi etika profesi.
- Memberi ruang untuk menghasilkan tenaga kesehatan mata yang mempunyai wawasan dan kemampuan untuk mengembangkan diri dalam pembelajaran sepanjang hayat (lifelong learning) serta dapat beradaptasi dalam mencapai kesetaraan dengan perkembangan keilmuan dan teknologi terkini, sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan Oftalmologi yang memahami konsep pelayanan value based.
- Menyediakan kesempatan peserta didik untuk terjun dalam komunitas dengan berbagai kondisi medis dan ketersediaan pelayanan kesehatan yang bervariasi, yang bertujuan memperkaya pengalaman dan membentuk pemikiran yang komprehensif.
- Mendidik tenaga kesehatan mata yang memiliki jiwa entrepreneur dan mengerti manajemen rumah sakit disertai kemampuan menginisiasi program kemitraan dengan jejaring dalam pelayanan kesehatan mata secara nasional maupun internasional.
Our Objectives
- Improve the quality and quantity of professional and competent eye specialists in eye health services in Indonesia in the Industry 4.0 era.
- Emphasize excellent service to all stakeholders, especially for users of eye IP services both in hospitals and clinics throughout Indonesia.
- Nurture cooperation between the worlds of education, government, industry, and business to develop comprehensive Eye IP education nationally and internationally.
- Educate eye doctors with entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of hospital management, fostering partnership programs within eye health networks nationally and internationally.
- Create competent eye doctors in implementing eye health services to reduce blindness cases in Indonesia and actively contribute to community service.
